Building with a floor plan size of 20 x 40 m, a ridge height of 10 m, i.e. a clear height of more than 9 meters. It extends in the northwest-southeast direction, so that it forms an L-shaped floor plan with hall 1. It is connected with hall 1 with a door on the same wall. Structurally, the hall consists of frame steel supports, and the roof covering and facade cladding are made of sandwich panels with heat-insulating filling, coated on both sides with 1 mm thick sheet metal. The double-roofed roof surface is made with a slope of 7%. The hall has double entrance doors on the north-east and south-west facades. An underground room with a floor plan size of 40 x 6 m has been built on the southwest facade of hall 2, and it is intended for waste disposal. It was built with a steel structure supported on the structure of the hall and a reinforced concrete fence. The roof covering and facade coverings are made of sandwich panels with thermal insulation filling, coated on both sides with 1 mm thick sheet metal. The floor of the hall is an expanded reinforced concrete slab with an industrial floor finish. Inside the hall, there is a sanitary facility built of brick, plastered and paved with ceramic tiles. Hall 2 was built in 2002.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING
It was constructed along the northwest facade of hall 2 as a skeletal structure with reinforced concrete columns connected to each other and stiffened with reinforced concrete beams and joists. The columns are based on reinforced concrete foundations. The building has floors P+K with a height of 7.6 m, and the highest part is 10 m. In the interior of the building, all partition walls are made of GKP GKBI plasterboard panels with a metal substructure made of UV and CW metal profiles, with thermal and sound insulation with mineral wool. Windows and doors and other exterior glazed surfaces are made of aluminum profiles and glazed with thermally insulated glass. The roof of the building is multi-roofed with a trapezoidal sheet covering. On the first floor, in one part (conference room), a hexagonal pyramid roof dome was built. All work has not yet been completed in the interior, and the interior is still being decorated with details, and the entrance to the building from the outside is also in the process of being decorated.
All properties are connected to the infrastructural water network, electricity supply and telecommunications service providers. Fecal water is drained into a septic tank.
