4. WARRANTIES
The guarantee period for the quality of construction and construction-craftsman works was formed in accordance
with the law, namely 2 years for craftsman's work and 10 years for roofing and construction of the building.

5. FLAT EQUIPMENT
The floors of the rooms, the living room and the dining room are covered with first-class oak parquet with a modern look
