Land Hum, Buzet, 20.232m2
ISTRIA, HUM - Combination of construction and agricultural land
Hum is a settlement in the town of Buzet in the Istrian county. It has only 30 inhabitants and preserved city institutions. It is located in central Istria, 14 kilometers southeast of Buzet.
Hum is often cited as the smallest city in the world, but it is not included in the Guinness Book of Records. Administratively, Hum is actually not a city at all, but a settlement within the city of Buzet, so it cannot even compete for the aforementioned title.
Inside the preserved city ramparts are two small streets, the parish church of the Assumption of Mary built in 1802, the Romanesque church of St. Jerome from the 12th century, painted with Byzantine-influenced frescoes, with many Glagolitic inscriptions and graffiti, by Master Antun from Padua (Kašćerga).
Just a few minutes' drive away, in a small town, where everything exudes nature and is uninhabited, and its beautiful nature attracts tourists from all over the world, we offer you 3,921m2 of construction land and 16,311m2 of agricultural land, in the nature of a forest.
The plots of land are located next to each other and represent a great opportunity for a tourist investment, considering that the place itself is a beautiful place surrounded by even more beautiful nature and as such is ideal for tourism.
