July 2024 was a record-breaking month for our platform and one of the most successful months since the launch of our real estate portal in Croatia. It’s no surprise that the tourist season is typically the strongest time of the year, as potential buyers often combine selecting and purchasing property with a vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. However, this year's numbers exceeded our expectations and tested the robustness of our system.
In June, we managed on average:
- To handle 48,000 unique users daily
- To display property listings 190,000 times daily
- To provide information to inquiries from 12 European countries
- To serve 1,100 inquiries daily
Total monthly numbers:
- 519,108 unique users
- 4.1 million property listing views
- 37,000 property responses sent
